About ORG
ORG is an AI-first transformation practice operating from Berlin and Lisbon. References to “we”, “us”, “our” are to ORG.
Engagements
- A session booked via this site is a complimentary diagnostic conversation, not a binding engagement.
- Paid engagements are governed by a separate, signed Statement of Work between us and the client. In any conflict between these terms and the SOW, the SOW prevails.
- We reserve the right to decline or terminate engagements where there is conflict of interest, regulatory risk, or misalignment with our scope.
Intellectual property
- Pre-existing IP— frameworks, methodologies, and tools that ORG brought to the engagement remain ORG's.
- Work product — code, configurations, and documents produced specifically for the client during a paid engagement transfer to the client on payment, subject to a non-exclusive licence back to ORG to reuse non-confidential patterns.
- Trademarks— "ORG" and the burst logo are unregistered trademarks. No licence is granted by use of this site.
Confidentiality
We treat all non-public client information as confidential. Confidentiality terms are detailed in each engagement's SOW or a stand-alone NDA.
Acceptable use of this website
You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape at scale that affects availability, run automated stress tests, or use the site to transmit malware. The booking endpoint is provided for genuine session requests only.
Disclaimers
The website is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of vulnerabilities. Content on the site is informational and does not constitute legal, financial, or regulatory advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ORG's total liability for any claim arising from your use of this website is limited to fees paid by you to ORG in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where excluded by mandatory law (e.g. liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, save where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. The applicable version is the one published on this page at the time you book a session.
